Aazade Incorporates various interventions into her sessions that are personalized to fit with the client goals. These therapies draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Play Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Strength Base and Trauma Informed Care.
Aazade goes beyond just counselling also extending her services in mentoring and coaching clients. Bringing a broad range of experience working with clients from Criminal Justice Program, mental illness and intellectual disability, AOD rehabilitation, having experiences dealing with complex case management and high risk clients with diagnosis such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Bi-polar, Schizophrenia, Extreme Anxiety, Depression, Suicide Ideation, and Complex Trauma.
